Distributed Computing, Visualization and Biomedical Engineering Conference

You are invited to participate in the DC VIS 2015 Conference that is devoted to presenting and exploring scientific and technological advancements and original innovative applications in the fields of distributed computing, visualization systems and biomedical engineering. The conference will be held in the beautiful city of Opatija, Adriatic Coast, Croatia, on 25-29 May 2015.

CONFERENCE THEME

Papers can be submitted in the fields of:

• Distributed computing (Grid/Cloud computing and applications, Cluster computing and applications, Distributed and parallel programming models and more)
• Visualization systems (Scientific visualization, Visualization in engineering and medicine, Parallel visualization methods and algorithms and more)
• Biomedical engineering (Informatization, management and organization of BME environments, Bioinformatics and computational biology and medicine and more)

IMPORTANT DATES

• Abstract submission deadline - Monday, January 12, 2015
• Full-paper submission deadline - Monday, February 09, 2015
• Final paper review deadline - Monday, March 16, 2015

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Presented papers published in the Conference proceedings will be submitted for posting to IEEE Xplore.

Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to submit the extended version of their papers to a special issue of Scalable Computing: Practice and Experience (ISSN 1895-1767) published in the first quarter of 2016.
