The 23rd ICCCN will take place in the campus of Tongji University, Shanghai, China from August 4 to August 7. ICCCN 2014 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communication Society.

This year, ICCCN witnesses a great success in Shanghai. This is the first time ICCCN moves to Asia. The four-day program features three keynote talks and two plenary panels given by world-renowned scholars covering various hot research topics, over 100 oral paper presentations in the main conference, and over 50 talks in interesting workshops. In addition, a Best Paper Award will be given at the conference to the authors, which is recommended by the Best Paper Selection Committee.
