The IEEE International Conference on Cloud and Big Data Computing
(IEEE CBDCom) is a premier forum for researchers and practitioners to
explore and exchange experiences, ideas, techniques and tools on cloud
computing and big data. The conference covers academic research,
industrial applications and also demonstration of research and
applications. The goals of the conference include new advances,
directions and experiences in approaches, algorithms and applications
to storing, managing, analyzing big data; virtualization, networking,
scheduling and quality of service (QoS) and issues and challenges for
cloud computing; implementations on different computing platforms for
cloud and big data systems, and experiences of solving real-world
problems are especially welcome.

SCOPE AND TOPICS

The IEEE CBDCom 2016 topics include but are not limited to the
following. Authors are encouraged to submit unpublished original
research works in one of the following topics.

  Topic 1: Big Data Algorithms, Applications and Services
  Topic 2: Big Data Mining and Analytics
  Topic 3: Big Data Processing and Querying
  Topic 4: Cloud and Big Data for Internet of Things (IoT)
  Topic 5: Government and Industrial Experiences for Cloud and Big Data
  Track 6: Green Computing and Networking Technologies for Cloud and Big Data
  Track 7: Software Engineering for Cloud Computing and Big Data
  Track 8: Cloud Computing Solutions and Platforms
  Track 9: Privacy and Security for Cloud and Big Data
  Track 10: Virtualization Technologies, Cloud Data Management and Storage, Cloud Resource Management and QoS
  Track 11: Big Data Education

IMPORTANT DATES

Paper Submission Deadline: March 11, 2016

PAPER SUBMISSION

Main conference papers need to be prepared according to the IEEE CPS
format, 8 pages, and submitted in PDF format via the IEEE CBDCom 2016
submission web site:

PAPER PUBLICATION

Accepted conference papers will be published by IEEE CPS (IEEE-DL and
EI indexed). At least one author of each accepted paper is required to
register and present their work at the conference; otherwise the paper
will not be included in the proceedings.

Best Paper and Best Demo Awards will be presented to high quality
work. Selected papers, after further extensions and revisions, will be
recommended to special issues. More details will be available soon.
