NVIDIA Joins OpenPOWER Consortium IBM launched the OpenPOWER Consortium, an open development alliance. NVIDIA, Google, Mellanox and Tyan are founding members. IBM and NVIDIA will collaborate to integrate the CUDA and POWER ecosystems. IBM’s Steve Mills commented: "The founding members represent the next generation in data-center innovation."
