The CUG Conference is more than computing, it represents users across all inter-connected and inter-related High Performance Computing disciplines, including computing, storage, networking, and analytics. You and your colleagues from CUG Member sites around the world hold the key to sustaining this conference as an invaluable source of information and technical interchange. Please consider presenting at next year's conference in Redmond, WA.

To submit your abstract please see the Call for Papers (https://cug.org/CUG2017-CFP) and follow the instructions. Abstracts for papers, tutorials, and BoFs are due by January 13, 2017. For papers, there is a requirement for a long abstract or outline of up to 1000 words that can be attached as a PDF of up to 2 pages.
The conference's best paper will be awarded at the conference in a plenary session. All papers submitted on time are eligible. Also new for this year, CUG will publish a special issue of the "Concurrency and Computation Practice and Experience" (CCPE) Journal comprised of selected CUG papers. Papers submitted by the Apr 3, 2017 due date will be reviewed to be invited to the journal publication. We expect to accept the best 8 to 10 papers to the CUG special issue of the journal.
All CUG proceedings are published in the public realm of cug.org approximately 6 months after the conference unless you specifically request your paper be published only in the members only realm. When you submit your abstract for CUG 2017, you may select this option on the abstract submission form.
Help us make CUG in 2017 the best yet. I hope to see you at CUG 2017, "Caffeinated Computing" in Redmond!
