tutorial proposal for presentation at the 11th International Conference on Frontiers of
Information Technology to be held on December 16~18, 2013, at
Islamabad, Pakistan. The content of tutorial can be introductory,
intermediate, or advanced, either full-day (seven hours) or half-day
(three and half hours).  A distinguished panel of experts will select
the tutorials from the submitted proposals.  The deadline for
submission is March. 20, 2013.

Just to give you good idea of the  flavor of the conference; the
summary of the 10th FIT 2012 (http://www.fit.edu.pk/) is presented in
the following paragraph.

FIT 12 was held on December 17~19, 2011, at Islamabad Pakistan. The
proceedings of the conference are published in IEEE Xplore and IEEE
Computer Society Digital libraries. A total of 291 submissions from
all over the world were received and 64 papers were accepted for oral
presentation after a thorough and blind review process hence yielding
an acceptance rate of 24%. A total of 30 technical sessions were
chaired by renowned academicians. 30 Invited talks by well know
researchers from around the world were presented. PhD symposium, 3
workshops, 3 tutorials, and project exhibition was also part of the
conference. The conference was attended by 747 participants.
