IFIP/IEEE IM 2015: Call for Experience Session Papers (Submission Due in 10 days: 15 September 2014)

The goal of the Experience Session program is to complement the Technical Sessions with contributions that emphasize practical experiences and lessons learned in studying, implementing, and deploying management technologies. They will focus on aspects such as real-world deployment scenarios, experiences with the management of new services and technology, industrial applications of management technology, implementation examples of new management technology, organizational impact, and business cases.

Despite the Experience Session traditionally being one of the most industry-oriented sessions of the IM/NOMS conference series, we would also like to encourage the submission of research contributions from the academia - especially in innovative topics such as big data, software defined networks, management of smart cities, and IoT management.

We would very much appreciate if you could help us to disseminate the following CFP within your organizations and to any friends and colleagues of yours that you think might be interested.

For more information, please refer to the following web page and do not hesitate to contact us.

We are looking forward to receiving your submissions!

===========================================================================

The 14th IFIP/IEEE Symposium on Integrated Network and Service Management (IM 2015) will be held 11-15 May 2015 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the Ottawa Convention Centre. Held in odd-numbered years since 1989, IM 2015 follows the 27 years tradition of NOMS and IM as the primary IEEE Communications Society's forum for technical exchange on management of information and communication technology focusing on research, development, integration, standards, service provisioning, and user communities. IM 2015 will focus on the theme "Integrated Management in the Age of Big Data" presenting recent, emerging approaches and technical solutions for dealing with Big Data as well as using it for management solutions. IM 2015 will offer five types of sessions: technical, experience, poster, panel and dissertation digest.
